1. Services
Cipherstrike provides penetration testing services, vulnerability assessments, and related cybersecurity services ("Services"). The scope and details of the Services will be agreed upon between Cipherstrike and the client through a separate agreement.2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of the Services. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.3. Use of Results
Clients acknowledge that the results of the Services may include sensitive information about their systems and infrastructure. Clients agree to use the results solely for the purpose of improving their cybersecurity posture and agree not to disclose the results to any third party without the prior written consent of Cipherstrike.4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cipherstrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services, even if Cipherstrike has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Cipherstrike's total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services.5. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cipherstrike and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the client's use of the Services or breach of these Terms.6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in South Africa.7. Changes to Terms
Cipherstrike reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.8. Contact Us
